Rodeline Rocks operating hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any calls or messages received outside of operating hours, will receive a response the following business day. Please note we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders place after 10AM on Friday, will ship the following week.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes. All products that are seen on our models and on our website are the same items that will be shipped to you based on the size selection that you will make (unless otherwise stated).
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email please contact our customer service through our website.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive updates on the status of your order from our customer service team.
Can I remove items from my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed, we will have to cancel the entire order and have a new order placed to make changes. Typically, orders can be canceled within 24 hours from the time they were placed by contacting our customer service team. This ensures that there are no mistakes when shipping the new and revised order out.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can typically be canceled within 24 hours from the time they were place. In order to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure that we do not ship your order. Once shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
What should I do if I receive a faulty item?
In the rare event of receiving a faulty item, please contact us immediately and we will swap it for a new item of the same style, a new style or refund your entire payment to you. We will contact you to arrange for the faulty item to be shipped back to us.
Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
If an item is out-of-stock, we will try our best to restock it as soon as possible. If we are unable to do so, the item will be removed from the website.
