While we hope that you will love your merchandise we understand that you may have received a damaged item or picked the wrong size, which we will gladly accept for a refund or exchange. Your unworn/unwashed damaged item must be shipped back or dropped off within 15 days of the delivery date. Sale items and items purchased using any discount code, are all FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive an email please contact our customer service through our website.
- All returns require a RMA; merchandise sent back without a RMA will not be accepted. A copy of the RMA form can be found at www.rodelinerocks.com. Please follow the instructions on the form and email back to firstname.lastname@example.org
- All sale and discounted items, accessories, and clearance items are FINAL SALE, and cannot be returned.
- Returns will be processed within 10 business days of receipt.
- Merchandise must have all tags and liners attached and returned in original packaging.
- Due to health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Rodeline Rocks discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
- Orders placed online can be returned via email or dropped off to our drop off our locations. Please review our return or exchange policy for more information.
- ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns.
Rodeline Rocks, guarantees its clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 15 days from date of shipment or pick up as long as you follow our care instructions. The items we sale are delicate and experience normal “wear and tear" over time. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily refund your unwashed/unworn item. Items being returned MUST BE CLEAN AND IN NEW CONDITION upon receipt.
